Mrs. Otis Nelson, 32, passed away suddenly early Wednesday morning at the family home, 546 Delta avenue. Death was due to complications which followed the birth of a son fourteen days ago. Mrs. Nelson was born Anna Evelyn Sjoberg on February 25, 1903 in this city and is wel1 known here. She was married ten years ago in Escanaba to Otis Nel- son who survives her. Since that time the family home was at Negaunee over six years and at Rapid River for three years. Since last November the home has been in Manistique. The body was taken to the Gunnarson and Kefauver funeral home to be prepared for burial and will be returned to the family home. Funeral arrangements have not been completed but the services will be held on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Either Rev. F. Elmgren of this city or Rev. John Hugo of Escanaba will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery. Mrs. Nelson was a member of the Calvary Baptist church of Escanaba. She is survived by her husband and four sons and two daughters. They are Denton, Norma. Justin, Betty Jean, Paul and an infant son 14 days old. Her mother and father, Mr.and Mrs. John Sjoberg of this city also survive as so the following sisters: Mrs. Lilly Nelson, Bernita Sjoberg.
